The Project Site comprises of two Lots in HuangPu District, Shanghai namely 64-01 and 65-01, all abutting JinLing Lu East. Total land area under the
land grant is 27834.1m2.

The land use zoning for the Project sites includes retail, office, and residential mixed use. Total about ground GFA not exceeding 158522.30m2 of which retail and office GFA shall not exceed 34057.50m2 and residential GFA shall not exceed 124464.80m2. The Project sites abuts Metro Lines 10
and are within the Neighbourhood Conservation Boundary of the Shanghai Municipality.
