Research Objective:To understand the reason why consumers decide to stay with their service suppliers even though they are not completely satisfied with them.
Research Content:The reason why consumers prepare to change their service suppliers and why they do not still do like that. - Interviewers are trained strictly twice (fundamental and about the project) by the trainers, and are going to make the simulated and experimental interview.
- Interviewing is finished under the policing of the supervisors and quality controllers, and the recovered questionnaires must be examined firstly and secondly by the supervisors, then be checked by the Quality Control Department (telephone and personal), so that to ensure the quality.
- The questionnaires are inputted by 10% double-input method in order to avoid errors.
- To make logic inspection before the data statistics.
- The final report are verified internally by three levels
